Synopsis As Introduced Expresses serious concerns that the Illinois Commerce Commission Order, entered on May 29, 2012 in Commission Docket No. 11-0721, fails to reflect the statutory directives and the intent of the Illinois General Assembly in Public Acts 97-616 and 97-646.
House Committee Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the title. Reinserts the introduced resolution with changes. Replaces references from recovery of return to recovery of debt return. Replaces a resolve clause with language that provides that the General Assembly urges the Illinois Commerce Commission, on rehearing, to strongly consider reversing its conclusions with respect to each of the 3 issues and reach a decision that reflects the statutory directives and the intent of the General Assembly in passing Public Acts 97-616 and 97-646 and that are reaffirmed in the resolution.
