Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act the Health Facilities and Services Review Board is hereby dissolved and the terms of its members shall cease. Amends various Acts to make corresponding changes. Effective on July 1, 2012.
