Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
625 ILCS 5/1-100
Adds reference to:
625 ILCS 5/3-699 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Creates Legion of Merit plates for residents of Illinois that have received the Legion of Merit award. Provides that the design of such plates is within the discretion of the Secretary of State. Provides that there shall be no fee for the issuance or renewal of these plates.
