Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

House Floor Amendment No. 4
Deletes reference to:
30 ILCS 105/1.1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 105/9.08 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that, on October 1, 2013 and by October 1 of each fiscal year thereafter, each State agency shall report the aggregate dollar amount of any bills held at the State agency on the previous June 30 to the Office of the State Comptroller. Requires the State Comptroller to post those amounts on his or her website. Effective immediately.
