Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act. Removes the provision requiring community associations that have 10 or more units and are registered in this State as not-for-profit corporations to pay an annual fee of $50 plus an additional $1 per unit along with any penalties from failure to pay the annual fees. Effective January 1, 2013.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act. Provides that all community associations that have 10 or more units and are registered in the State as not-for-profit corporations shall pay to the Department a fee of $50 plus an additional $1 per unit. Effective immediately.
