Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the use of force in defense of a person.

Deletes reference to:
720 ILCS 5/7-1
Adds reference to:
720 ILCS 5/28-2from Ch. 38, par. 28-2

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends provisions of the Criminal Code of 1961 exempting crane games and redemption machines from the definition of "gambling device". Provides that the wholesale value of a crane game or redemption machine prize may not exceed $25 (rather than the lesser of 7 times the cost charged to play the amusement device or $5).
