With respect to the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education, (i) denies an appeal of an administrative rule waiver request made by Elgin SD 46 - Kane with respect to transitional bilingual education that was denied by the State Board of Education, (ii) partially disapproves school district requests for waivers relating to the behind-the-wheel instruction portion of driver education, and (iii) approves the waiver request made by Palatine CCSD 15 - Cook with respect to physical education.
