Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a search without a warrant.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Deletes reference to:
725 ILCS 5/108-1
Adds reference to:
30 ILCS 105/8.56 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Provides that a law enforcement agency of this State or a political subdivision of this State may not accept federal funding the purpose of which is to establish motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints. Effective immediately.
