Illinois General Assembly - Bill Status for HB1517

Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. With respect to the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption, provides that beginning in assessment year 2011, the amount paid as Medicare premiums shall be deducted in determining "income". Effective immediately.
