Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that "community mental health services and programs", for purposes of meeting minimum standards, includes peer support, residential support services, assertive community treatment, skill development, vocational training, residential supports for children and adults, and transportation. Effective July 1, 2005.
