Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Provides that any school district that compensates its administrators, faculty, teachers, or other personnel more than the State Superintendent of Education is prohibited from receiving aid under specified provisions. Effective July 1, 2010.

Adds reference to:
105 ILCS 5/18-8.06 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. Provides that for contracts entered into after July 1, 2010, any school district that compensates its administrators, faculty, teachers, or other personnel more than the State Superintendent of Education is prohibited from receiving aid under the State aid formula. Effective July 1, 2010.
