Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Chicago Park District Act, the Chicago Park District Working Cash Fund Act, the Chicago Park District Debt Assumption Act, the Chicago Park District Bond (1935) Act, the Chicago Park District Bond (1965) Act, and the Chicago Park District Judgment Indebtedness Bond Act. Provides that bonds issued by the District under these provisions and after the effective date of this amendatory Act must mature within not to exceed 30 years from their date of issue (now, within not to exceed 20 years from their date of issue). Effective immediately.
