Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that property tax bills may be sent via e-mail only if the property owner or taxpayer has requested in writing to have the bill sent via e-mail.

Adds provisions to the engrossed bill amending the Use Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Makes changes to the definition of "selling price" with respect to vehicles that are sold on or after July 1, 2014 for the purpose of leasing the vehicle for a defined period of longer than one year.
