Effective immediately.
Deletes all changes to the Section concerning the Board of Dentistry. In a Section concerning emerging scientific technology and applications, requires the Board to review emerging scientific technology and applications (rather than annually review).
House Floor Amendment No. 2 In a Section concerning emerging scientific technology and applications, provides that the Board may review emerging scientific technology and applications (instead of "shall").
