Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Development Finance Authority Act. Provides that, excluding the authorization for certain bonds and bonds issued to refund outstanding bonds, the Illinois Development Finance Authority may not have outstanding at any one time bonds for any of its corporate purposes in an aggregate principal amount exceeding $8,200,000,000 (now, $6,200,000,000). Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Removes the substantive change made in the introduced bill and instead makes a technical change.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Provides that, excluding certain bonds, the Authority may not have outstanding at any one time bonds for any of its corporate purposes in an aggregate principal amount exceeding $8,200,000,000 (now, $6,200,000,000).
