Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning boundary changes.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
105 ILCS 5/7-01
Adds reference to:
105 ILCS 5/27A-11

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code in the Article concerning charter schools. Provides that in no event shall the funding that a charter school is to receive from the local school board for a school year be less than 95% (instead of 75%) or more than 100% (instead of 125%) of the school district's per capita student tuition multiplied by the number of students residing in the district who are enrolled in the charter school.
