Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for its FY05 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2004.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything. Makes FY05 appropriations to the following agencies: State Appellate Defender, State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor, Judicial Inquiry Board, Department of Corrections, Department of Military Affairs, Prisoner Review Board, Department of State Police, Department of Labor, Capital Development Board, Department of Transportation, Southwestern Illinois Development Authority, Upper Illinois River Valley Development Authority, Illinois Emergency Management Agency, State Fire Marshal, State Police Merit Board, Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, Industrial Commission, Illinois Violence Prevention Authority, Law Enforcement Training Standards Board, East St. Louis Financial Advisory Authority, and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority. Make reappropriations to various agencies for FY05. Effective July 1, 2004.
