Synopsis As Introduced
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department on Aging for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, as follows: General Funds $798,883,400; Other State Funds $7,195,000; Federal Funds $76,810,400; Total $882,888,800.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 3
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes appropriations to the Department on Aging. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for its FY12 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2011.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. If and only if House Bill 3717 of the 97th General Assembly becomes law, then changes the amounts of certain appropriations to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services and the Department of Human Services. Effective July 1, 2011.
