Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning social security numbers on license applications.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
225 ILCS 105/6from Ch. 111, par. 5006
225 ILCS 105/12from Ch. 111, par. 5012

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Professional Boxing Act. Provides that the Department shall have the authority to determine whether a contest or exhibition is an exempt martial arts or kick boxing event and provides a list of factors to be considered in that determination. Provides that the Department's authority to stop a fight contest or exhibition on the basis that the fight would endanger the health, safety, and welfare of the contestants or spectators shall extend to any fight contest or exhibition. Effective immediately.
