Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the exercise of "quick-take" eminent domain powers.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
735 ILCS 5/7-103.1

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Authorizes the conveyance of certain property by the Secretary of Transportation. Authorizes certain property exchanges. Authorizes the release of certain easements. Authorizes the restoration of certain rights or easement of access, crossing, light, air, and view from, to, and over certain property. Effective immediately.

Authorizes the Boone County Conservation District to convey land.

 Appraisal of FS property in Millersville, Christian County, Illinois and proposed taking Pary 2 Trail. Whole property value of $375,000 with a total compensation of $3,000.
