Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that payments of a percentage of the pari-mutuel handle from an inter-track wagering location licensee to the municipality and county in which it is located must be paid by the licensee on a monthly basis no later than the 10th of the month following the month such handle was generated. Effective immediately.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Adds reference to:
	230 ILCS 5/30	from Ch. 8, par. 37-30

Further amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Adds an additional representative of the organization licensees conducting thoroughbred racing meetings to the Illinois Thoroughbred Breeders Fund Advisory Board (increasing the number from 2 to 3). Effective immediately.
