Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning appeals by the State.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
725 ILCS 5/108A-10
Adds reference to:
730 ILCS 168/20

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Mental Health Court Treatment Act. Provides that mental health court programs may include specialized service programs specifically designed to address the trauma associated with prostitution and human trafficking (rather than limited to defendants charged with prostitution), and may offer those specialized services to defendants admitted to the mental health court program. Effective immediately.
