 Fiscal Note (Dept. of Insurance)
The potential fiscal impact upon the Illinois Department of Insurance as a result of the passage of HB 6154 could total $55.56,300 within Fiscal Year 2015. The expenditure of these monies over the course of the upcoming fiscal year allows the Department to carry out its mission as a regulatory entity of the State: "To protect consumers by providing assistance and information, by efficiently regulating the insurance industry's market behavior and financial solvency, and by fostering a competitive insurance marketplace." There are no General Revenue Fund monies contained within this appropriation request.

Housing Affordability Impact Note (Housing Development Authority)
This bill will have no effect on the cost of constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single-family residence.

State Debt Impact Note (Government Forecasting & Accountability)
This bill would not change the amount of authorization for any type of State-issued or State-supported bond, and, therefore, would not affect the level of State indebtedness.

Balanced Budget Note (Office of Management and Budget)
The total fiscal impact of this bill is $55,956,300 in Other State Funds for FY15. The bill only contains appropriations and makes no revenue assumptions, therefore, the impact on the State budget cannot be determined.
