Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

 HB 610 has no fiscal impact.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
40 ILCS 5/1-101.1
Adds reference to:
40 ILCS 5/14-110from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-110

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that certain persons employed by the Illinois Toll Highway Authority as tollway employees are eligible for the alternative (State Police) formula. Effective immediately.
