Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act. Provides that the President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, or his or her designee, is a member of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes a provision authorizing the President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners to designate a person to serve in his or her place as a member of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority.
