Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department's powers and duties.

Deletes reference to:

Adds reference to:
20 ILCS 4080/10

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Commission on the Elimination of Poverty Act. Provides that the Commission may establish additional goals under the Act. Effective immediately.
