Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that a non-resident who is eligible to carry a firearm in public under the laws of his or her state or territory of residence, as evidenced by the possession of a concealed carry license or permit issued by his or her state or territory of residence, if applicable, and who is an active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces as evidenced by the possession of valid military identification, shall be permitted to carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm, fully concealed or partially concealed, on or about his or her person, and to keep or carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm on or about his or her person within a vehicle, in the same manner, and subject to the same restrictions, as a licensee under the Act.
