Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nail Technology Practice Act of 1985. Removes from the grounds for disciplinary action under the Act conviction of any crime under the laws of the United States or any state or territory thereof that is a felony or a misdemeanor, an essential element of which is dishonesty.
