The fiscal impact will allow the Illinois Commerce Commission to save approximately $119,250 annually as the number of contracts and related filing and administrative workload is significantly reduced.

House Floor Amendment No. 2
Requires a telecommunications carrier to file with the Illinois Commerce Commission a notice regarding an agreement to provide competitive services within 30 days after executing the agreement, rather than filing a notice every 30 days regarding all agreements in effect.
