Synopsis As Introduced
Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State Appellate Defender for its FY10 ordinary and contingent expenses. Effective July 1, 2009.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Makes FY10 appropriations and reappropriations for specified purposes. Effective July 1, 2009.
