Amends the Property Tax Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "33 1/3%".

Deletes everything. Creates the Naperville Park District Tax Levy Validation (1997) Act. Validates the appropriation ordinance and the tax levy ordinance that were passed by the Naperville Park District in 1997, together with the taxes that were assessed, levied, and extended under these ordinances, despite the fact that the notice published by the Park District deviated from the notice requirements of the Truth in Taxation Law of the Property Tax Code.
