Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act of 1987 and the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act to allow pharmacists to initiate emergency contraception drug therapy without a prescription. Requires the pharmacist to provide the recipient of the emergency contraception drugs with a standardized fact sheet.
