Synopsis As Introduced Amends the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Act. Provides that subject to appropriations, the Department shall create a pilot program for adult day services for persons on the autism spectrum over the age of 22. Provides that the Department shall make grants to organizations that develop a replicable model for quality day services for adults with autism living in Illinois. Effective immediately.
