Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Deletes from the list of expenses that are not covered under the Plan, any expense or charge for routine physical examinations or tests.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
215 ILCS 105/8
Adds reference to:
215 ILCS 105/7from Ch. 73, par. 1307

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Provides for eligibility for coverage under the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan if evidence is provided of the absence of available health insurance coverage for a person under 19 years of age. Effective immediately.
