Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the prohibition on using a wireless phone while driving applies to phones that require only a single button press to initiate or terminate communication.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides an exception for use of a wireless telephone or other device that is electronically or physically integrated into the motor vehicle that allows for voice communication without the use of either hand except to activate or deactivate a function or feature.
