SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Robert B. Boltz of Milan, who passed away
4on February 5, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz was born on August 17, 1938 in
6Quincy; his parents were Orville and Mary (nee McClintock)
7Boltz; he married Betty Craig on July 18, 1970; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz was a member of the United States
9Army; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz had been employed at the former
11International Harvester Works for 32 years, and retired from
12Navistar in Springfield, Ohio; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz was a member of the Milan Lions Club
14and a supporter of the Milan Improvement Project; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz was preceded in death by his parents;
16and
 
17    WHEREAS, Robert Boltz is survived by his wife, Betty; his
18daughters and sons-in-law, Charlene and Lenard Easter and Erin
19and J.D. Nesset; his grandchildren, Amber, David, Caleb,

1Alayna, Taylor, and Aubrey; his great-grandchildren, Matthew
2and Alice; and his sisters, Carolyn Peterson and Barbara
3McClintock; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Robert B. Boltz; and
7be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Robert Boltz as an expression of our
10sympathy.
