SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Clarence K. Kitto of Lineville, Iowa,
4formerly of East Moline, who passed away on August 31, 2015;
5and
 
6    WHEREAS, Clarence Kitto was born in Brownville, New York on
7May 8, 1928 to Everett and Agnes (Chapman) Kitto; he married
8Mary E. Ingerson in Edwards, New York on January 1, 1951; he
9served in the United States Navy; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Clarence Kitto was employed as a final assemblyman
11at John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline from 1966 to 1990;
12and
 
13    WHEREAS, Clarence Kitto was preceded in death by his wife,
14Mary; his parents; his 2 sisters, Barbara and Rose Marie; and
15his brother, Harold; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Clarence Kitto is survived by his 2 daughters,
17Lisa (Ron) Smith and Aimee (Anthony) Arnold; his 3 sons, Dr.
18Gary Kitto, Mark (Diane) Kitto, and Joel (Peggy) Kitto; his
19brother, Niles (Eunice) Kitto; his 10 grandchildren; and his 7
20great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Clarence K. Kitto, and extend our sincere condolences to his
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
5further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Clarence Kitto as an expression of
8our deepest sympathy.
