AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1895

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1895 on page 6,
3line 6, after the period, by inserting "Each applicant for
4licensure as a behavior analyst shall have his or her
5fingerprints submitted to the Department of State Police in the
6form and manner prescribed by the Department of State Police.
7These fingerprints shall be electronically transmitted through
8a live scan fingerprint vendor licensed by the Department.
9These fingerprints shall be checked against the Department of
10State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation criminal
11history record information database now and hereafter filed.
12The Department of State Police shall charge a fee for
13conducting the criminal history records check, which shall be
14deposited in the State Police Services Fund and shall not
15exceed the actual cost of the Illinois and national criminal
16history record check. The Department of State Police shall
17furnish, pursuant to positive identification, records of all
18Illinois convictions to the Department."; and
