HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
4Aparicishell Ann Mosley; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Aparicishell Mosley was born on September 9, 1957
6in Chicago; her parents were Eunice Mosley and Thomas Mcullogh;
7she accepted Christ into her life and was baptized at an early
8age; she married Hector Delgado, Sr. on August 29, 1997; and
 
9    WHEREAS, After graduating from James Wadsworth Elementary
10School, Aparicishell Mosley continued her education at Tilden
11High School; she later attended Columbia College Chicago to
12study art and creative writing; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Aparicishell Mosley was employed as a cook at
14Mount Sinai Hospital and worked at Pierre's Catering, where she
15proudly displayed her exemplary culinary skills; she also
16worked at the Chicago Park District; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Aparicishell Mosley had a deep passion for the
18arts; at a very young age, she took an interest in drawing and
19arts and crafts; her most recent interests included the
20appreciation of nature and photography; she also won numerous
21awards for many of her drawings and art displays; and

1    WHEREAS, Aparicishell Mosley was preceded in death by her
2loving grandmother, Charity Vining; and
 
3    WHEREAS, Aparicishell Mosley is survived by her mother,
4Eunice Serrano; her husband, Hector, Sr.; 2 daughters, Eunice
5(Richard) Evans and Alicia (Dante) Sawyer; a son, Hector
6Delgado, Jr.; a brother, Michael (Dawn); 4 sisters, Melissa
7(LaValle), Madeline (Nicholas), Montoya, and Michelle (Arrid);
86 grandchildren, Jasmine, David, Daniel, Jalen, Payton, and
9Jordyn; 2 great-grandchildren, Journey and Aris; an uncle; 2
10aunts; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends;
11therefore, be it
 
12    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
13NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
14we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of
15Aparicishell Ann Mosley; and be it further
 
16    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
17presented to the family of Aparicishell Mosley as an expression
18of our sympathy.
