AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2042

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2042 on page 85, by inserting immediately below line 15 the following:

“ARTICLE 32

    Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, new appropriation, is appropriated and the sum of $15,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2015, from appropriations and reappropriations heretofore made in Article 35, Section 30 of Public Act 98-0679 is reappropriated from the Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund to the Department of Revenue for the Illinois HOME Investment Partnerships Program administered by the Illinois Housing Development Authority.”.
