Education for agriculture education programs.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
“ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The following amount or so much thereof as may be necessary, which shall be used by the Illinois State Board of Education exclusively for the foregoing purposes and not, under any circumstances, for personal services expenditures or other operational or administrative costs, are appropriated to the Illinois State Board of Education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016:
Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
For grants to Local Education Agencies
to conduct Agriculture Education Programs..... 1,800,000
ARTICLE 999
Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
