AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5045

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5045, AS AMENDED, on page 2, by inserting before line 13, the following:

    “Section 25.  The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University for ordinary and contingent expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016.”
