AN ACT making appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Military Affairs for costs associated with Lincoln’s Challenge:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund............. 230,400

 Payable from the Federal Support

  Agreement Revolving Fund......................... 716,700

  Total                                            $947,100

 

    Section 10. This Article shall not be effective if SB 2032 of the 99th General Assembly becomes law.

 

ARTICLE 2

 

    Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Public Health for Breast and Cervical Cancer Screenings, minority outreach, and other related activities in Fiscal Year 2016 and all prior fiscal years:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund............. 916,700

 Payable from the Public Health Services Fund...... 500,000

  Total                                          $1,416,700

 

    Section 10. The amount of $1,840,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for Expenses of AIDS/HIV Education, Drugs, Services, Counseling, Testing, Outreach to Minority populations, costs associated with correctional facilities and Partner Notification (CTRPN), and Patient and Worker Notification pursuant to Public Act 87-763.

 

    Section 15. This Article shall not be effective if SB 2037 of the 99th General Assembly becomes law.

 

ARTICLE 3

 

    Section 5. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for costs associated with the Domestic Violence Shelters and Services Program:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund........... 1,457,300

 Payable from the Domestic Violence

  Shelter and Service Fund.......................... 76,200

  Total                                          $1,533,500

 

    Section 10. The amount of $344,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to the Autism Program for an Autism Diagnosis Education Program for Individuals.

 

    Section 15. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for costs associated with the Early Intervention Service Program, including prior year costs:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund........... 6,600,000

 Payable from the Early Intervention

  Services Revolving Fund....................... 14,400,000

  Total                                         $21,000,000

 

    Section 20. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Homeless Youth Services:

 Payable from the General Revenue Fund............. 364,000

 Payable from the Illinois Affordable

  Housing Trust Fund................................ 80,000

  Total                                             444,000

 

    Section 25. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for costs associated with at-risk community support programs, after school programs, and youth employment opportunities.

 

    Section 30. This Article shall not be effective if HB 4165 of the 99th General Assembly becomes law.

 

ARTICLE 4

 

    Section 5. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for costs associated with YouthBuild programming.

 

    Section 10. This Article shall not be effective if HB 4154 of the 99th General Assembly becomes law.  

 

ARTICLE 998

   

    Section 998. Repeal. This Act is repealed on August 1, 2015.

 

ARTICLE 999

 

   Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
