SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Mario M. Ricchio of Harwood Heights, who
4passed away on August 11, 2013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Mario Ricchio was born on September 5, 1953; and
 
6    WHEREAS, Mario Ricchio served as the Chief of Police of
7Harwood Heights; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Mario Ricchio was a longtime member of the
9Columbian Club of Chicago; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Mario Ricchio was the loving husband of Debbie
11(nee Wolfe); the devoted father of Nicole, Michael, and Anthony
12Ricchio; the beloved son of Michele and Rachele Ricchio; the
13son-in-law of Joseph and Betty Wolfe; the loving brother of
14Francine (Delfo) Bianchini; the brother-in-law of Nick
15(Tricia) and Tom (Liz) Wolfe; the loving uncle of Jennifer,
16Joey, Eric, Kristina, Marc, Nicholas, Jimmy, Francesca, and
17Boston; the cherished nephew of Gilda Morelli and Giovanni
18(Maria) Ricchio; and dearest friend to John DeVries and
19countless others; therefore, be it
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
2Mario M. Ricchio, and extend our sincere condolences to his
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Mario Ricchio as an expression of
7our deepest sympathy.
