| 4 | | 1, on page 3 by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the |

| 6 | | "requests and applications for the supply of electric service |
| 7 | | from an alternative retail electric supplier pursuant to the |
| 8 | | terms of an agreement between such supplier and the currency |
| 9 | | exchange, which shall be subject to the applicable requirements |
| 10 | | of the Public Utilities Act and Illinois Administrative Code, |
| 11 | | (xxii) advertising upon and about the"; and

| 12 | | on page 4 by replacing line 14 with the following:

| 13 | | "for the payment of bills, and "alternative retail electric |
| 14 | | supplier" has the meaning set forth in Section 16-102 of the |
