AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3793

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3793 by deleting lines 3 through 7 of page 1138; and

on page 1138, line 14 by changing “$35,000,000” to “$22,745,700”; and

on page 1139, line 2, after “adding”, by inserting “Section 33 to Article 8, “; and

on page 1139, immediately below line 4, by inserting:

  “(P.A. 98-27, Article 8, Section 33 new)

Sec. 33. The sum of $30,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human Rights for Personal Services and State Contributions to Social Security, including prior year costs.”; and

on page 1139, line 6 by changing “$9,359,300” to “$21,006,800”; and

on page 1139, line 11 by changing “$781,100” to “$1,753,300”; and

on page 1139, line 17, after “4”, by inserting “and“; and

on page 1139, line 18, by deleting “, and by adding Section 3 to Article”; and

on page 1139, line 19, by deleting “30”; and

on page 1140, line 1 by changing “$36,910,500” to “$82,845,100”; and

on page 1140, line 6 by changing “$2,503,500” to “$5,619,000”; and

on page 1140, immediately below line 9, by inserting:

    “Section 15.  “An Act making appropriations”, Public Act 98-64, approved with items vetoed by the Governor on July 10, 2013, is amended by adding Section 3 to Article 31 as follows:”; and

on page 1140, line 10 by changing “(P.A. 98-50, Article 30, Section 3 new)” to “(P.A. 98-64, Article 31, Section 3 new)”; and

on page 1140, line 11 by changing “$445,600” to “$1,000,100”.”.
