SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $1,500,000 from the I-FLY Fund to the Illinois Department of Transportation for a grant to the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County. Effective July 1, 2014.

  $APPROP I-FLY FUND

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the I-FLY Fund to the Department of Transportation for a grant to the Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County, pursuant to the I-FLY Act.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2014.
