SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $24,196,000 from the General Revenue Fund and $4,500,000 from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the Department on Aging for the Circuit Breaker Property Tax Relief Grant Program. Effective July 1, 2013.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The sum of $24,196,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for the Circuit Breaker Property Tax Relief Grant Program.

 

    Section 10. The sum of $4,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Tobacco Settlement Recovery Fund to the Department on Aging for the Circuit Breaker Property Tax Relief Grant Program.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
