SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Charles Michael "Chad" Roe of Godfrey,
4who passed away on February 24, 2012; and
 
5    WHEREAS, He was born April 11, 1975, in Alton, the son of
6Bill and Gail (Farniok) Roe; and
 
7    WHEREAS, He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in
8Godfrey; he was a former member of the Operating Engineers
9Union in Omaha, Nebraska; he had a lifelong love of heavy
10equipment, tractors, and classic cars; he enjoyed collecting
11nostalgic brochures about construction equipment; and
 
12    WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his paternal
13grandparents, Charles and LeVetta Roe; and his maternal
14grandfather, James Farniok; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Chad Roe is survived by his parents; his brother,
16Jamie Roe; his grandmother, Phyllis Farniok; his aunts and
17uncles, Dan Roe (Kathy) and their children, Jeff, Janine, and
18Holly; Linda Fisher (Bill) and their children, Jennifer,
19Carrie, Marc, and Laura; Jerry Farniok (Pam) and their
20children, Chad, Todd, and Brittany; Pam Farniok; Vicki Ludolph
21and her children, Elizabeth and Emily; Jacki Lee and her

1children, Travis, Scott, Allison, and Erin; Tim Farniok (Jamie)
2and their children, Chris and Hilary; Mike Farniok (Carla) and
3their children, Jessica, Trevor, and Ashlyn; Pat Farniok; and
4Craig Farniok and his children, Jared and Zachary; therefore,
5be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
8his family and friends, the passing of Chad Roe; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Chad Roe as a symbol of our sincere
12sympathy.
