SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Charles Rayford Bright, who passed away
4on January 4, 2012; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Charles Bright was born on December 20, 1956, in
6Quincy; he was the son of Charles and Verna Bright; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Charles Bright was a graduate of Quincy High
8School; he was employed at Pepsi-Cola in Quincy before moving
9to Springfield, where he worked for the Illinois Department of
10Human Services; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Charles Bright enjoyed hunting, watching movies,
12and listening to jazz; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Charles Bright was preceded in death by his
14parents; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Charles Bright is survived by his sisters, Olivia
16Morgan and Deanna Bright; his niece, Yolonda Orange; his best
17friend, Kevan "Andre" Bolden; and his many cousins; therefore,
18be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
2his family and friends, the passing of Charles Rayford Bright;
3and be it further
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
5presented to the family of Charles Bright as an expression of
6our sympathy.
